How do I add a word?

To add a word, simply go to the Add Word page! This page can always be accessed from the top bar where it says "Contribute".

There's a really big grid there. To use it:

  1. Find the Part of Speech of the word (noun, verb, etc).
  2. Find the Latin word's first letter. For instance, "puella" is a Noun starting with "P".
  3. Click the letter.
  4. Type the word into the appropriate text box and press Enter.
    • Nouns, verbs, and adjectives have different types, so be sure you use the correct text box. For instance, "puella" is a first declension noun.
  5. Fill in the fields and Save! There's a little more though.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find "Tags".
  7. Click it. Add the English translation of the word without erasing anything with an underscore.
    • For example, since "puella" means "girl", I would tag the page with "girl". In total it would read "_first _p girl".
  8. Click "Save Tags".
  9. Now you are done!
